    • Provide oversight and direction for the Licence to Train program and all company-wide technical training initiatives.
    • Ensure that training materials are aligned with regulatory, food safety, and corporate needs.
    • Review the existing training courses and introduce new resources while phasing out outdated or low-value programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and experiences:

  • Proven experience in supplier assurance, auditing, and technical compliance, particularly within the food manufacturing, FMCG, or similarly regulated supply chains.
