Job Responsibilities

As the Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Specialist, you will report directly to the Senior Manager of People and Talent. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

Talent Acquisition and Attraction

You will oversee job postings, interview scheduling, candidate screening, and the administration of recruitment software such as Greenhouse. Along with managing external job postings, you will actively communicate with candidates to ensure a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Sourcing

This position is crucial in identifying and engaging potential candidates through targeted outreach, ensuring that Syncro attracts top talent for open positions.

Administration of HR Programs

You will manage various HR programs, including employee recognition initiatives and the administration of employee referrals, birthdays, and company anniversaries.

Employee Experience

This role involves planning and coordinating team events and activities while fostering an environment that encourages trust and collaboration among team members. You will also respond to employee inquiries, promoting engagement and inclusiveness within the company.

Employment Brand

In addition to your HR duties, you will contribute to enhancing Syncro's employer branding through social media content, particularly by managing the “Life at Syncro” Instagram account.



General Administrative Duties

Responsibilities will include handling employee verifications, maintaining electronic personnel files, and assisting with various on-boarding/off-boarding tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must ideally meet the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of general recruiting experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience with HR engagement strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with public speaking comfort.
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to adhere to deadlines and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High sense of integrity and confidentiality in handling employment matters.
  • A process-oriented mindset, capable of recommending and implementing improvements.

Salary and Benefits

Syncro offers a competitive pay range of $57,500 - $80,617 USD, targeting approximately $70,000 per year. Additionally, the role provides a comprehensive benefits package, including:
