  • Leading efforts in diversity and inclusion, working closely with the Group Talent Acquisition Manager and the DEI team.
  • Engaging in data-driven decision-making, using insights to support editorial hiring decisions.
  • Presenting monthly performance data, including key metrics and analyzing data for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following skills:

  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition, along with prior management experience of talent acquisition teams.
  • Familiarity with developing and utilizing talent pools, including the use of a CRM system.
  • Strong capability in analyzing TA data and generating impactful commentary.
  • A proven track record promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the hiring process.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset, able to influence key stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to motivate team members and establish best practices throughout the hiring cycle.
