What to Expect

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Vultr, your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing candidates for a variety of corporate roles spanning Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other fields.
  • Conducting interviews using a variety of reliable recruitment and selection tools to filter candidates effectively.
  • Assessing applicants’ relevant skills, experience, and aptitude while working efficiently to close positions you oversee.
  • Owning the compensation discussion, thorough analysis, and presentation for all candidates.
  • Acting as a representative of Vultr, forging positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborating with team members to refine the overall recruiting process and maintaining best practices.
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to develop and update job descriptions.

Required Skills

Vultr is seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:



  • Proven success as a Recruiter, either in-house or at a staffing agency.
  • Experience in sourcing for high-tech companies or Go to Market positions.
  • Strong capability to conduct different interview types to identify the best fit for positions.
  • Hands-on experience managing various selection processes, including video and phone interviews and reference checks.
  • Knowledge of assessment tools and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Greenhouse and LinkedIn.
  • Competence in handling compensation discussions and analytics.
  • Comfort in a metrics-driven environment and a high close rate in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively.
  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Communication, or a relevant field is preferred.

Compensation

The salary range for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position is between $70,000 and $90,000, complemented by a Quarterly Variable Bonus. Actual compensation may vary depending on the candidate's location, experience, background, and skills.
