Role Overview

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist include:

  • Leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for various roles across the organization.

  • Creating and refining an engaging candidate pitch for prospective hires to connect with Radicle Health.

  • Utilizing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other innovative tools to find high-quality and diverse candidates.

  • Establishing effective relationships with key Hiring Managers leveraging collaboration throughout the recruitment process.

  • Managing recruitment efficiencies through data-driven decision making to uphold speed and accuracy for all searches.

  • Guiding Hiring Managers in developing comprehensive job descriptions and facilitating timely feedback for candidates.

  • Providing an excellent candidate experience, aiming for a five-star rating from all candidates.

  • Coordinating efforts with external recruitment partners to build a comprehensive talent strategy.

  • Collaborating with ASG’s Talent Team and other portfolio leaders to exchange best practices in recruitment.

  • Encouraging a mindset of continuous improvement to optimize the talent acquisition function at Radicle Health.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Candidates should have 3-5 years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years focused on full-cycle recruiting.



  • Industry Background: Experience in a top recruiting agency, executive search firm, or a high-growth startup is required, with SaaS experience being a strong preference.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, demonstrating a strong capability in sourcing qualified candidates in high volumes.

  • Role Diversity: Experience hiring across various roles, including Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, Engineering, G&A, and leadership positions is essential.

  • ATS Experience: Experience using Greenhouse ATS is preferred.

  • Track Record: A demonstrated history of promotions and increased responsibilities is essential.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Candidates must exhibit the ability to build rapport with a wide range of candidates and Hiring Managers and successfully manage candidate offers.

  • Work Ethic: The right candidate must possess a sense of urgency and be adept at problem-solving with a service-oriented mindset.

  • Passion for the Mission: A strong alignment with Radicle Health’s mission and values is critical.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: The compensation range for this role is between $110,000 and $120,000, along with a 6% target bonus.
