Closely coordinating with the Credentialing and Privileging (CP) department to ensure the smooth onboarding process for new hires, particularly those requiring licensure.
Conducting necessary background checks and screenings for potential employees.
Participating in hiring events and job fairs to enhance the visibility of the Coalition and attract quality candidates.
Establishing and maintaining robust relationships with internal teams and external partners to meet staffing goals and compliance regulations.
Addressing any additional tasks as assigned by management.
The role necessitates the following qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field is preferred. However, relevant work experience can substitute for a degree.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition position.
Familiarity with recruitment processes, laws, and best practices, which are crucial for achieving staffing objectives and compliance.
The candidate should also possess effective communication skills, be customer-focused, and have a keen ability to manage relationships across various levels of the organization.
