The Talent Partner will be tasked with the following essential duties:
Full life cycle recruitment: This involves managing the complete recruitment process, including tasks like salary benchmarking, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, administering tech tests, and overseeing pre-onboarding protocols. The Talent Partner will need to collect and relay feedback at every stage, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Working within a dynamic team of six other Talent Partners, the recruitment team leverages a range of tools (including Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Otta) to attract and manage talent effectively. Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered for the Talent Partner role:
Full cycle recruitment experience: Candidates should have a commendable background in agency recruitment or a fast-paced in-house recruitment environment.
Proven track record: Successful identification, qualification, and closing of top talent are essential, particularly in areas such as Customer Success, Underwriting, Operations, Compliance, and Finance roles.
Emotional intelligence: The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to ask meaningful questions, show empathy, and cultivate positive relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.
Organized and pragmatic approach: Effective prioritization and organization are crucial for managing multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.
