Researching and resolving payroll tax notices while receiving guidance from more experienced team members.
Documenting case details clearly and efficiently to maintain organized records.
Collaborating with multiple teams including Compliance, Engagement, and Tax Operations.
Liaising with government agencies on behalf of customers, advocating for their needs while under supervision.
Managing a daily queue of tax notices, updating cases as necessary, and addressing escalated issues effectively.
Participating in team meetings and offering support to fellow Team Members.
