  • Working closely with other internal teams to uncover additional cross-sell opportunities, enhancing customer interactions.
  • Utilizing various technologies (like Gainsight and Outreach) to foster engagement and drive expansion efforts.
  • Assisting Account Managers in contract negotiations for changes in transaction minimums or monthly revenue.
  • Providing training and sharing best practices with Account Management and Loyalty teams to improve sales performance.
  • Giving feedback aimed at enhancing the team's overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills
