Responsibilities

In this position, your primary focus will be to formulate and implement growth strategies that boost brand awareness and loyalty. You will also identify potential growth areas within Toggl's social and affiliate networks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnerships: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with both paid and organic partners. This will involve organizing webinars, pitching guest posts, and scheduling online events to expand Toggl's reach.
  • Influencers and Experts: Managing relationships with key influencers and subject matter experts in the productivity space to foster both paid and organic collaborations that keep Toggl central to productivity discussions.
  • Affiliate Program: Oversee and enhance Toggl's affiliate program using creative tactics to incentivize partners. You'll be responsible for monitoring key metrics to evaluate and improve program effectiveness.

Additional Responsibilities

The role also requires collaboration with marketing and sales teams to align partnership efforts with Toggl's business objectives. Regular reports are needed to demonstrate the impact of partnership and affiliate activities, along with the development and maintenance of community guidelines and policies related to the affiliate program.
