Experience: A minimum of 8 years in a relevant field is required, including 3 years of team leadership or management experience.
Certifications: Candidates should have passed at least five examinations with the Casualty Actuarial Society.

Extensive experience with loss reserving methods and analyses specifically for personal lines P&C insurance products.
