Job Responsibilities

As a Vitals Monitoring Representative III, you will be tasked with several critical responsibilities:

  • Monitor a high volume of medical alert alarms with genuine concern for patients' well-being.

  • Determine response requirements and prioritize situations based on health protocols. This involves contacting private individuals by telephone to assess patient alerts effectively.

  • Maintain workflows that are represented by alerts, ensuring appropriate next steps are followed in the call process.

  • Verify patient demographics and related data, actively entering this information into relevant systems to maintain accurate records.

  • Answer routine inquiries and relay information between clients and health professionals, agencies, and departments as needed.

  • Maintain the security and access to sensitive materials while explaining products and services to customers. Excellent communication is vital in addressing client questions using both scripted and non-scripted responses.

  • Assist with the enrollment of new clients and support existing clients through collaboration with Case Managers and Home Service Representatives, always presenting a courteous and professional demeanor.

  • Troubleshoot devices and report any malfunctions while participating in other assigned projects or duties. This role requires both independence and collaboration within a team setting.

Skills Required

  • A High School Diploma is required, with a preference for candidates holding a LPN/CNA/Medical Assistant certification.
