Position Details
The Warranty Submission Specialist's primary responsibility is to help dealerships maximize their reimbursement opportunities. This will be achieved by preparing and submitting precise and compliant requests for labor rate and parts rate increases to automotive manufacturers. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with manufacturer and legal requirements while also being a trusted partner for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Filing Preparation & Submission
Review customer pay repair orders (ROs) within Dynatron’s software to ensure they align with manufacturer and state requirements.
Calculate average labor rates and parts markups based on qualifying ROs and preset guidelines.
Prepare and submit complete filing packages that include summaries, supporting documentation, and required forms to manufacturers.
Compliance & Communication
Ensure compliance with all manufacturer rules and guidelines, adhering to filing deadlines.
Respond to inquiries from dealerships or manufacturers about filing statuses, documentation, and other clarifications.
Maintain organized records and effectively communicate filing updates to dealership management when necessary.
Industry Awareness & Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on evolving manufacturer policies and warranty reimbursement rules, alongside state laws.
Identify patterns and insights that enhance accuracy and approval rates.
Participate in special projects and contribute to the enhancement of internal processes as necessary.
Required Skills and Experience
