Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, your role includes:

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 3+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing position within SaaS, digital experiences, or agency environments.
  • Familiarity with the marketing and digital experience landscape, including knowledge of content management systems, martech tools, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience managing a book of accounts while balancing competing priorities and quickly addressing customer needs.
  • Strong organizational skills along with project-management abilities to ensure that work is documented and executed reliably.
  • Technical aptitude, showing a capability to comprehend and navigate complex technical products and web technologies.
  • A proven record of managing renewals and contributing to expansion revenue, demonstrating comfort in a role with commercial targets.

Compensation and Benefits

Webflow provides competitive salary ranges depending on geographic areas as follows:

    • Zone A: $148,500 - $175,000
    • Zone B: $139,500 - $164,000
    • Zone C: $130,000 - $154,000
  • In Canada (BC):
    • $144,500 - $170,000

These figures represent On Target Earnings (OTE), including sales commissions and base salary for the role, which may vary based on factors like location, experience, and qualifications.
