The rapidly growing company Toggl is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to spearhead its Sales operations, concentrating on two key products, Track and Plan. Ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of managing a high-performing SaaS Sales team, this role is also welcoming skilled AEs ready for a management career. The position offers a generous annual salary of €85,000 plus an uncapped commission scheme.

The Role and Responsibilities

As Head of Sales, you'll be in the driver's seat of Toggl's sales engine, leveraging outbound, inbound, and product-led strategies. Initially, a crucial part of the role is to close deals yourself, achieving 33% of the personal sales quota. Later, you'll tackle cross-functional tasks to develop pricing strategies and optimize Go-To-Market (GTM) plans alongside the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate with Product Leadership.

Your core duties involve crafting strategies, meeting personal sales quotas, guiding your team, initiating effective sales campaigns, tapping new market opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and feedback integration.

Who You Are

Prospective candidates should possess at least 4 years of high-performance SaaS sales experience, with a strong preference for those who also have 1-2 years in sales team management. You must be passionate about hiring and nurturing talent, excel in sales processes from inception to closure, and be adept at asynchronous communication, given the fully remote nature of the team.
