Opportunity for a Client Success Manager in Austin, TX

HHAeXchange is looking to expand its team with a Client Success Manager role based in Austin, Texas. The core responsibility of this role is to serve as the central point of contact for designated clients, guiding them from implementation to active use of the platform. It involves deep engagement with clients to establish trusted relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions, developing new business from existing relationships, ensuring client retention, and working closely with sales teams to pursue growth opportunities. Essential functions of the job include on-site customer guidance, collaborating with sales teams, assisting in challenging client situations, filling service or implementation gaps, and driving solution adoption for benefits realization.

The ideal candidate will have substantial client service experience, a strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and, preferably, a background in Medicaid and Home Health Care. The role requires excellent communication skills, the capacity to maintain robust client relations, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong management, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities are also key. The position anticipates a travel requirement of 25-50%, including overnight stays.

Compensation and Benefits

The Client Success Manager position offers a full-time, exempt salary range of $100,000-$121,000, excluding potential variable compensation. The starting salary will be determined based on various factors including experience and educational background, paired with the candidate’s alignment with company values.
