Main Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must have leadership experience in corporate/IT recruitment, especially within the Philippines, and a proven ability to enhance recruiter productivity. A bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, and proficiency in English is essential. The position requires a flexible approach to work setups, being open to both temporary home-based and onsite work in Makati. An active internet connection at home is a necessity, as is the willingness to work a day shift schedule. Immediate availability is a significant advantage.
