Job Overview

The Recruiter role focuses on attracting and recruiting both active legal process servers and newcomers interested in gig work as legal process servers. This position involves coordinating with the sourcing team to execute high-volume outreach and recruitment strategies, keeping abreast of market trends, and maintaining constant engagement with candidates nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation through high-volume outreach, including cold calls, SMS, and email campaigns.
• Implementation of innovative sourcing strategies to connect with top-tier candidates.
• Provision of regular updates to hiring managers regarding strategy, hiring successes, and candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment scenarios.
• Skilled in utilizing creative recruitment methods in a metric-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, including data tools and formulas.
• Expertise in managing candidate pipelines using CRMs or ATS systems.
• Background in creating e-marketing campaigns and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Self-motivation and the ability to manage complex tasks independently.
