Job Responsibilities

The SEO Manager will lead the SEO initiatives at DevTeam.Space, taking over from the current remote team. The role entails researching and implementing industry-specific SEO strategies, optimizing webpages, reporting on SEO metrics, and refining technical elements to improve SEO performance.

Tools for the Role

The SEO Manager will utilize a variety of tools, such as Google Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO platforms like Ahrefs, Semrush, and keyword research tools to optimize the company's digital presence.

Objectives and Goals

Within the first six months, the SEO Manager is expected to increase organic traffic by 30%, improve conversion rates by 20%, boost the visibility of key pages in search results, and raise the share of organic traffic to 60% of total traffic.

Requirements for Candidates

Candidates must have at least 5 years of SEO experience, preferably in the U.S. market, and previous success in the software outsourcing industry. Integrity, a positive attitude, and excellent time management are essential alongside the ability to execute SEO tasks independently and collaborate with the team.
