About Mailparser & Docparser

Mailparser and Docparser are SaaS solutions aimed at improving workplace efficiencies by extracting data from various document types like PDFs and emails, respectively. They automate data capture and transfer this data seamlessly in real-time through direct integrations with software like Zapier and Microsoft Power Automate.

Daily Challenges and Responsibilities

In this role, you will craft and execute strategies for both Mailparser and Docparser, focusing on product marketing and growth. This will involve collaboration with the General Manager and working with the marketing team, product management, and design teams, including external agencies when necessary.

Key Metrics

  • New website visitors
  • Free trials created
  • Marketing qualified leads (MQLs)
  • Product qualified leads (PQLs)

Marketing Responsibilities

Apart from hands-on duties such as A/B testing, email campaigning, and influencer outreach, this role includes managing a marketing team. You will manage paid advertising efforts across various platforms, conduct SEO and CRO initiatives, develop social media strategies, implement engagement strategies to convert free trial accounts to paid accounts, and manage the marketing funnel.

Your Experience

Prospective candidates should have significant marketing experience in the SaaS industry, team management experience, and proficiency with tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, and WordPress, among others.

Compensation and Availability

The role offers competitive compensation based on experience and skill set, with the expected annual salary range between $70K-$95K USD or $90-$120K CAD. The position requires a candidate who can work in Eastern Timezones and is not open to residents of Quebec at this time.
