Product Marketing Manager Role at GRIN

The Product Marketing Manager is a key player within the Product Marketing team, responsible for understanding the market, customers, and product intimately to drive the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for GRIN's offerings. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to succeed in this role, which requires a person who excels in a fast-paced SaaS environment, with exceptional attention to detail, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launching new GRIN product offerings and defining compelling messaging and positioning
  • Acting as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap
  • Developing a deep understanding of the influencer marketing industry
  • Equipping GTM teams with necessary intel to succeed in the marketplace
  • Leading training sessions and developing effective collateral for GTM teams
  • Communicating product vision and roadmap to both customers and internal teams
  • Supporting strategic initiatives related to pricing, packaging, competitive intelligence, and vertical positioning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • At least 4 years in a B2B technology company with 2 years in Product Marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative work style
  • Demonstrated success in product launching and scaling
  • Experience in Pricing & Packaging and Influencer or Affiliate Marketing

Compensation and Total Rewards

GRIN practices equitable compensation, depending on skills and experience (range: $85,000—$110,000 USD). The company also acknowledges that not all candidates may tick every box but encourages all interested individuals to apply.
