Role Overview

Join Sinch as the Head of Global Compensation & Benefits, a pivotal role in managing the rewards system for our worldwide team. This leadership position involves harmonizing processes and structures to support Sinch’s transformation towards a unified entity known as 'One Sinch'. Additionally, this role entails the development of both long-term and short-term incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities

The scope of this role encompasses all areas of remuneration such as job architecture, compensation benchmarks, overall benefit programs, short-term incentives, mobility, executive remuneration, and global long-term incentive programs. An integral part of the role also involves governing the Sinch Performance model and related processes.

Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will collaborate with senior collaborators, including the Board of Directors, members of the Remuneration Committee, and the Global Leadership Team. Your responsibilities will include completing processes in Compensation & Benefits Executive Remunerations, maturing and implementing a Global Rewards strategy, building and implementing corporate guidelines for rewards, coordinating job architecture, managing mobility and expatriate programs, and supporting Pay-for-Performance concepts.

Essential Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, law, or an equivalent field, coupled with over ten years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least five in an international leadership capacity. Experience in developing and implementing Reward Programs globally, including designing and managing STI and LTI concepts across regions like EMEA, APAC, and the United States, is essential. The candidate should communicate effectively in English and have solid experience in executive remuneration concepts, planning, and reviews. Additionally, adaptability to transformation, strong business acumen, integrity, and a capability to lead within a team are pivotal. The role requires residency in the United States (Eastern Standard Time) or Sweden.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary ranges from $262,000 to $300,000, contingent on factors like geographical location, skills, education, and experience. This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards.
