Marketing Operations Specialist

We are looking for an all-star Marketing Operations specialist who will play a pivotal role in League’s marketing machine. You will report into the Senior Growth Marketing Manager and be responsible for managing the marketing tech stack and data operations. The Marketing team is dynamic, driven, and highly engaged and we are seeking an individually motivated culture builder to join our team.

This is an operational role that requires someone with a passion for data, process and tools. The ideal candidate is results-driven and ready to bring their innovative ideas on Marketing Operations to the table. You’re a natural problem solver and thrive in a high-growth and iterative team environment. You’re comfortable sharing your expertise but are just as eager to learn and ask questions. You’re a proactive self-starter who is comfortable managing a healthy, growing tech stack.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage marketing technology stack and integrations to other systems
  • Manage and enhance relationships with software vendors to increase ROI of software investments
  • Manage processes for lead grading/scoring, MQL assignment, lead routing, and task creation for Business Development teams
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of marketing data and attribution modeling
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Salesforce platform team on CRM enhancements to better serve Marketing’s data and campaign execution needs
  • Cleanse, enrich and upload prospect lists from various events
  • Create and manage website forms and completion actions
  • Support in the creation and deployment of marketing emails and autoresponders as needed
  • Develop and document workflow processes and taxonomies
  • Prepare and present data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Proactively recommend new strategies and technology based on industry trends

About you:

  • 3+ years experience in MarOps or marketing automation role at B2B company
  • Expert in marketing automation tools (experience with Pardot strongly preferred)
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce (admin experience an asset)
  • Ability to build and edit HTML emails in code
  • Ability to build advanced reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Knowledge of marketing effectiveness measurement, marketing KPIs and metrics
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to execute with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results and insights
  • Ability to work independently
