They're currently seeking a US based Social Media Operations Manager. The individual must be prepared to manually setup and manage Instagram and TikTok accounts across multiple devices. The essential duties are initiating and supervising the manual setup of TikTok and Instagram accounts across multiple phones, managing the regular posting of pre-curated content on the accounts, and identifying a suitable location for the social media posting center and streamlining its operations as the project grows in scale. Additionally, you'd also recruit, train, and manage a team to optimize account posting processes.
Skills and qualifications required for this role include, technical prowess- with the capacity to swiftly and natively handle phones and account setups on Instagram and TikTok; a hands-on mentality- comfortable with repetitive tasks and projecting a proactive, 'can-do' attitude; and must be US based.
Preferred states for the establishment of the posting center include: Georgia, Maryland, South Carolina, North Carolina, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Missouri, and Virginia. However, interested applicants from other states can still apply.
