The Senior SEO Specialist will be responsible for strategizing and orchestrating the overall SEO initiatives at Upfeat. They will be an integral team member, participating not only in optimizing on-site technical SEO factors but also in guiding editorial teams to create SEO-friendly content.
This senior role requires the incumbent to work in close collaboration with various departments in the company. It ensures that every team in the organization understands and supports the SEO strategies being implemented.
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of senior level SEO experience and a proven track record of managing the SEO strategy for sites with a minimum of 1m+ organic search traffic per month. Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Ahrefs, and similar backlink tools and crawling tools like Screaming Frog and DeepCrawl is a must.
Having a deep understanding of SEO, including tech SEO gap analysis, keyword research, revenue-focused SEO content creation, and no-code tools is paramount. Candidates must exhibit a strong sense of ownership, a readiness for action, and an urgency to drive projects forward. Superior project management skills are also required.
