WhatConverts seeks a Senior Recruiter for a full-time, fully-remote position focused on attracting and hiring top talent to grow their marketing software company.

About the Position

Marketing software company WhatConverts is looking for a skilled Senior Recruiter to join as a major player in their expanding team. The Senior Recruiter will play an essential role in finding, attracting, and recruiting high-quality candidates to add to the company's ongoing success. Expected to manage the recruiting function with minimal oversight, you should have prior experience recruiting for SaaS and Marketing roles.

The job is a full-time position with a fully-remote setup, requiring candidates to reside in the United States.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities encompass ownership of the comprehensive recruitment process, from closely collaborating with hiring managers and executives top understand recruitment needs, to using creative methods to source, screen, and evaluate candidates in a range of SaaS and Marketing roles. Apart from conducting thorough interviews and overseeing candidate test projects, building and documenting SOP's for the Recruiting function is also part of your duties to pave the way for growth and scalability.

Representing WhatConverts as a brand ambassador and keeping up-to-date on SaaS industry trends and best practices will also be crucial aspects of your role. As the company grows, you could potentially manage a team of other Recruiters.

Qualifications

Applicants should have 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter, with at least 1 year spent managing in-house full-desk recruiting within a SaaS environment. Knowledge of the SaaS industry and marketing technology landscape is equally crucial. An ability to take ownership of recruiting functions, innovative candidate sourcing, and excellent interpersonal skills are also required qualifications.

A dynamic mindset, adaptability, and proficiency using ATS and HRIS systems are also preferred qualifications for this role.
