CodeSignal is looking to hire a seasoned researcher to pilot their Talent Science team and Skills Evaluation Lab. In this role, the individual will lead a team specializing in personnel selection, talent management, learning and development. The researcher will partner with internal stakeholders to counsel on best I-O psychology practices, while also acting as a talent assessment strategic partner.

The person must have at least a Master’s degree in I-O Psychology or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of applied research experience in personnel selection, talent management, and learning and development is required. The person should also have at least 2 years of experience in leading research teams and shall demonstrate proficiency in assessment design and validation, experimental research, surveymethodologies, and communicating technical information.
Successful candidates will be driving innovation within the talent assessment and L&D industries, directing research initiatives that substantially impact the company's strategies and execution, and leading a team of interdisciplinary researchers. The estimated annual base salary ranges between USD $120,000 - $180,000 based on San Francisco benchmarks. This range covers all levels of seniority eligible for this position. The final offer will vary based on individual performance, skills, and local labor market.
