As a Talent Acquisition member, you would counsel hiring teams and own the recruitment strategy, focused on delivering an exceptional recruitment experience. Building remote teams and advising hiring strategies falls under this role, you may also engage in strategic projects to innovate and optimize talent recruitment methods.


Primarily, the role is responsible for managing the recruitment cycle from start (sourcing) to finish (contract signature) for key and evergreen roles in both technical and business sectors. This includes building recruitment strategies, engaging with potential candidate groups, advising hiring teams, sourcing niche profiles, and monitoring.Multilogin's image as an employer and candidate experience for technical and business lines. The individual must also liaise with other teams to oversee the quality of outsourced HR activities.


A suitable candidate for this role must possess at least a year of experience in full-cycle (technical / non-technical) hiring in fast-paced start-ups or tech companies. Experience with in-house hiring, particularly in a tech company with a metric-driven setting, is preferred. Proof of both inbound and outbound sourcing through various platforms is a plus. Previous remote working experience or a commitment to trying it is essential. Exceptional English communication skills are a must, with offshore-hiring experience preferred but not required.
