As a Talent Acquisition member, you would counsel hiring teams and own the recruitment strategy, focused on delivering an exceptional recruitment experience. The individual must also liaise with other teams to oversee the quality of outsourced HR activities.
A suitable candidate for this role must possess at least a year of experience in full-cycle (technical / non-technical) hiring in fast-paced start-ups or tech companies. Experience with in-house hiring, particularly in a tech company with a metric-driven setting, is preferred. Proof of both inbound and outbound sourcing through various platforms is a plus. Previous remote working experience or a commitment to trying it is essential. Exceptional English communication skills are a must, with offshore-hiring experience preferred but not required.
