As part of our HR team, you will help create and maintain employee records, arrange performance-related meetings, manage communication through our HR inbox, update HR documents, and support our payroll processes. Your role will be pivotal in onboarding new employees, managing absence administration, and participating in HR projects.
We're seeking individuals with at least 2 years of experience in HR roles and familiarity with FCA regulations. Knowledge of working in a fast-paced environment and effective planning skills are vital for success in this role. CIPD level 3 qualifications are preferred.
