• An outstanding sense of product intuition, paired with meticulous attention to detail.
• A fervent desire to assimilate and implement avant-garde AI research findings.
• A proficient understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformer architecture, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).

Key Responsibilities

Those who join the Inworld AI team will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

• Forge partnerships across Engineering, Product, and Data Science to turn state-of-the-art ML research into strong, dependable product features.
• Devise and apply innovative methodologies to refine our core AI character functionalities, encompassing dialogue design, action planning, and internal state management.
• Champion continuous product enhancement through rapid experimentation and comprehensive evaluation processes.
• Remain abreast of the latest developments in Large Language Model research and technological breakthroughs.

Eligible candidates must be open to working in Vancouver, Canada, or willing to work remotely within Canada.
