Job Details

This full-time, remote position offers an hourly wage and demands a commitment to work 9am-5pm PST, with holiday and occasional weekend coverage required. Expect to travel 2-3 times a year for offsite meetings, for 3-4 days each time.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer support requests using software tools.
• Review user accounts, provide solutions, and gather feedback.
• Respond to user reviews on app stores and monitor compliance with Terms of Service.
• Moderate user groups/events to maintain a positive app environment.

Candidate Profile

Prospects should bring remote work experience and at least 2 years in customer care with exceptional communication skills. A dedicated workspace and stable internet connection are critical, alongside multitasking, leadership, and organizational skills. A positive, self-starting team player who takes ownership and thrives in a dynamic environment will fit well.

Preferred Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for mobile and dating applications.
• Experience with iOS/Android apps and contact center supervision.
• Multilingual capabilities are an asset.

Compensation

The pay range is $20 - $26 an hour, influenced by several factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and market considerations. Listed salary is based in Portland, OR and may be adjusted geographically.
