Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with key named accounts to guarantee the success of their campaigns.

  • Work cohesively with internal teams to ensure high-quality lead delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Support the Sales team throughout the client journey, from proposals through to delivery, focusing on aspects like delivery options and operational integrations.

  • Oversee post-sale activities to encourage account growth through top-tier service, effective communication, and client onboarding.

Desired Qualifications

  • At least two years’ experience in account management or customer service/success roles.
  • Capability to handle over 30 clients simultaneously with impeccable organizational skills.
  • Able to collaborate well within a team setting or work independently with limited guidance.
  • Expertise in problem resolution with exceptional internal team engagement abilities to tackle client issues.
  • Agile in learning and navigating various software tools such as MS Office suite, CRM systems, and ticketing/tracking platforms.
  • Exceptional communication prowess, both in writing and speaking, paired with a natural empathy towards clients.
