Join Our Team

We are searching for a Senior Sales & Community Manager to drive growth at BitMEX. With a focus on sales, the ideal candidate will engage our community, establish relationships, and boost sales and trade volume. This role requires extensive knowledge of the fintech and crypto derivatives market. Responsibilities include fostering partnerships, analyzing the competitive landscape, and serving as a brand ambassador while being an active trader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing community engagement strategies, particularly for CIS markets.
  • Formulating plans to increase user engagement, trade volume, and sales.
  • Building customer relations through various channels including social media, affiliates, and KOLs.
  • Collaborating with marketing for content creation that aligns with company objectives.
  • Providing customer support by linking the community and support teams.
  • Analyzing engagement data and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Organizing events to strengthen community ties and generate sales leads.
  • Working alongside marketing, products, and partner teams for aligned growth efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in client engagement and crypto knowledge.
  • Minimum of 4 years in cryptocurrency trading or fintech sales.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Proven track record in personal trading within the crypto derivatives market.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with excellent networking skills.
  • Business proficiency in English and native fluency in a CIS local language.
  • Good teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with business computing and social media tools.
  • Open to candidates with less experience for a Sales & Community Manager position.
