A demonstrated interest or experience in FinTech, particularly in trading, is crucial. Strong analytical skills with experience in scripting and BI tools are expected, along with excellent communication skills for effective virtual collaboration. The role requires a mix of business acumen and understanding of technological trade-offs, with core hours following the US market (9-5 ET).
While not mandatory, candidates with experience in developing core trading products and a technical background in API integrations are highly desirable. These additional skills can contribute significantly to the intricacies of financial product management at Alpaca.
