Care Operations Overnight Regional Associate Role

The Care Operations team is seeking an Overnight Regional Associate to play a key role in handling inquiries and resolving issues to support clients and Care Pros. This position is crucial for maintaining a high level of care and delivering exceptional customer service within a specific market.

The role offers a pay rate of $18.50 per hour, along with a full benefits package.

Job Schedule and Expectations

Candidates must be flexible, as a variety of work schedules are being offered, but must be able to work at least one weekend day and evening hours. The position supports external customers and internal team members to create mutually beneficial outcomes.

Responsibilities Overview

The main responsibilities are split into two key areas:

  • Direct service to clients and Care Pros, including responding to inquiries, managing schedule or care plan changes, executing staffing best practices, and escalating issues for resolution.
  • Coordination with the market team to ensure seamless experiences, manage updates to client accounts and care plans, and work cross-functionally to support Care Pro recruiting, HR, and billing.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective candidates should have at least 3 years of customer service experience, strong multitasking abilities, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. Empathy, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail are also necessary to succeed in the role.
