Opportunities and Responsibilities

The role entails diverse responsibilities, including the design and implementation of cryptographic protocols, layer 2 solutions, smart contracts, and the pursuit of independent research. Opportunities to attend conferences and contribute to the on-chain ecosystem are also part of the role.

Required Skills and Experiences

Prospective Krakenites should have at least five years of software engineering experience, modern cryptography expertise, and a deep understanding of applied cryptography. Additional qualifications include technical writing, experience with Bitcoin and Ethereum, low-level programming, and a passion for secure and reliable software. Furthermore, applicants are expected to lead technically, mentor others, and drive innovative R&D projects.
