Responsibilities and Duties

Travelling will be a significant aspect of this role, as you will need to cover a designated territory across New England, primarily in Concord, NH. The position is remote but may require occasional visits to the office or client locations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • An Associate degree in a relevant field such as technical, biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering, or equivalent military experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electromechanical equipment or instrumentation.
  • The ability to travel 100% within the assigned territory and manage independently scheduled service tasks while adhering to performance and compliance mandates.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, addressing unique needs.

Physically, you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and perform various tasks requiring flexibility and stamina, such as bending, stooping, and prolonged periods of standing.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, having prior field service experience in medical devices, biotech, or similar industries is a plus. Experience dealing with customers in high-pressure settings, like hospitals or laboratories, can also enhance your candidacy.

Salary and Benefits

The hourly pay range for this position is between $35.00 and $38.00, depending on experience. Moreover, the role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay, which can further enhance total compensation.
