The Client Experience Supervisor will lead a group of remote Client Experience Lead team members who are responsible for managing the Client Experience Specialists. The successful candidate will be involved in hiring, training, and engaging the Client Experience Leads, thereby indirectly supporting their oversight of Specialists.
The responsibilities of the Client Experience Supervisor include:
Team Supervision: Lead a team of Client Experience Leads, overseeing aspects such as hiring, interviewing, staff orientation and training, ongoing development, preparing staff schedules, managing vacation requests, reviewing timecards, and conducting annual performance reviews.
Collaboration and Service: Act as the primary contact for all client experience services within a designated market. Responsibilities involve managing escalations, addressing customer needs, resolving issues promptly, collaborating with field leadership to boost service adoption rates, working closely with marketing for agent awareness, and partnering with affiliates to streamline processes.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate current procedures to identify opportunities for enhancement. Analyze customer feedback and prepare actionable reports, working across teams to improve overall service operations.
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant business experience and 2-3 years of supervisory experience, particularly in Real Estate and customer service environments.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate staff, provide constructive feedback, and lead by example.
Remote Work Capability: Comfort in a fast-paced, paperless, and high-volume remote work environment with a sense of urgency.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a people-first approach to maintaining client satisfaction.
Coaching Ability: Capacity to guide a team in delivering exceptional customer service throughout all phases of transactions.
Technical Competency: Familiarity with multiple software systems, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
Team Collaboration: A history of effectively collaborating with various departments within an organization.
Adaptability: A flexible approach to managing competing demands and a willingness to experiment with new methods.
