Role Overview

The position of (Senior) Data Product & Visualization Analyst is pivotal for the company. 3. Utilize Jupyter Notebook, working alongside the Hex Technologies Stack, to derive generalized standard UX analyses where applicable.

4. Employ browser developer tools to understand potential UX issues further, gathering insights on problems such as broken buttons that may lead to user frustration and rage clicks.

5. Work alongside cross-functional teams to communicate potential UX opportunities and challenges effectively.

6. Develop novel methods for quantitatively evaluating UX and suggest improvements for the real-user monitoring tracking.

7. Engage in knowledge sharing within the company, participating in initiatives like weekly Data Analytics Q&A and conducting knowledge sessions.

8. Potentially represent the company externally by sharing core insights at conferences or in blog posts.

Skills Required
