Responsibilities

Generating operational reports and conducting KPI analysis to understand system performance better.
Preparing client-facing deliverables and internal technological documentation based on project requirements.
Maintaining the reliability of production systems by using established change management processes.
This position requires the ability to juggle assignments, prioritize effectively under timelines, and work in a collaborative, multi-application environment.
Required Skills
To qualify for the BMC Helix Developer position, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in BMC Helix development, along with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Solid experience with ITIL Service Management processes, preferably with ITIL certifications.
Proficiency in database administration (ideally MS SQL Server and Postgres), with at least 5 years of experience.
Demonstrated ability to write custom workflows using Helix forms and objects such as Active Links, Filters, and Escalations.
Familiarity with BMC Helix Version 21.03 or higher, as well as previous experience in troubleshooting AR client and server logs.
Experience generating operational and compliance reports and ensuring systems meet quality and performance metrics.
