Responsibilities

The role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, categorized into several key areas as follows:

Marketing Strategy, Planning & Leadership

The applicant will be responsible for defining and executing an end-to-end marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals. This involves creating clear annual and quarterly plans, unifying various marketing functions such as product marketing, lifecycle marketing, campaigns, and partnerships under a cohesive roadmap. The individual will also lead and mentor a marketing team and collaborate effectively with external stakeholders.

Go-To-Market, Growth & Lifecycle

A vital aspect of the role includes leading go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases. The successful candidate will drive product adoption, engagement, and retention through targeted messaging and positioning. Furthermore, the manager will ensure effective communication throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention strategies. Collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams is crucial for aligning acquisition and retention strategies.

Product, Market & Customer Insights

The candidate will analyze market trends and customer behaviors, translating these insights into compelling messaging strategies. Close collaboration with the Product team is necessary to maintain feedback loops, aiming to deliver narratives that resonate with customers while ensuring internal teams are aligned with customer needs.

Campaigns, Affiliates & Partnerships

The role will involve planning and executing dynamic, multi-channel marketing campaigns that could encompass paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and webinars. Overseeing affiliate marketing initiatives will also be part of this role, with an emphasis on expanding product visibility and partnerships to enhance distribution and adoption. Budget management will be essential to ensure efficient use of resources across all marketing initiatives.

Performance, Analytics & Brand Enablement

The Marketing Manager will own reporting, analytics, and performance measurement across all marketing functions related to products. They will define KPIs and develop dashboards that measure impact and return on investment (ROI) while ensuring that marketing communications are consistent with the overall product positioning and messaging frameworks.

Required Qualifications

Applicants are expected to have the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing with familiarity in SaaS growth dynamics, including aspects like activation, retention, and customer expansion.
  • Strong expertise in marketing analytics and effective ROI measurement.
  • Proficiency in C1+ English for both written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with system-driven workplaces, particularly tools like ClickUp and HubSpot.
  • Experience with digital content marketing and social media is beneficial.
  • Strong leadership abilities, along with proficient project management skills, are highly desired.
