Responsibilities

Required Skills

  • Qualified solicitor status with a minimum of 5 years PQE gained within an SRA-regulated law firm.
  • At least 2 years of experience serving as a COLP.
  • Strong knowledge of the SRA Standards and Regulations alongside law firm compliance requirements.
  • Confidence to advise and challenge at the Board and senior management levels.
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously.
