About the Role

The role of a Customer Success Manager at Spaceback is pivotal. The Customer Success Manager's responsibilities cover the entire client lifecycle. This encompasses platform training, onboarding, strategic campaign planning, supporting creative content development, troubleshooting, and diligent campaign monitoring and reporting.

Daily Responsibilities

The typical duties of a Customer Success Manager involve rapidly responding to client inquiries through email and Slack, providing recommendations on creative content, and imparting best practices to educate our customer base. You will support sales efforts to close new business opportunities, monitor creative performance, and proactively inform clients of potential optimization strategies. Tasks also include compiling and analyzing performance reports, leading platform demonstrations, and conducting training sessions for new clients. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial as you advocate for client feedback, helping integrate this into decisions to improve products and client satisfaction. A strong understanding of the digital media landscape and the latest offerings from Spaceback is essential.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess 1-2 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, especially in programmatic and social media. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Candidates should be keenly interested in establishing relationships with clients worldwide, willing to share their knowledge and eager to acquire new skills. Strategic thinking, proactive client service skills, and an enthusiasm for the startup environment are also critical. Preferred Skills

Bonus qualifications include a familiarity with the ad tech landscape, experience working with demand side platforms (DSP), social media advertising expertise, and proficiency in Google Campaign Manager. Being well-versed in Google's Enterprise Suite and having a knack for data analysis, with skills such as creating pivot tables, are also advantageous.
