  • Maintaining close ties with Franchise Operations and Channel teams to align marketing plans with omni-channel priorities and execution calendars.
  • Driving experiential marketing alongside Point of Sale execution and brand activation programs to enhance consumer experience.
  • Managing regional DME allocation and spending, ensuring effective investments and emphasizing return on investment (ROI) discipline.
  • Providing market insights and best practices to improve marketing effectiveness and leading and inspiring frontline marketing teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Director, Frontline Marketing position must meet the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or above in fields such as Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related area.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in consumer marketing, brand activation, or frontline operations.
  • Proven experience in direct sales, key account management, or franchise management with profit & loss responsibility.
  • A strong record of leading complex marketing executions involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, enabling effective operation in a business environment.
  • Skills required include agile methodologies, audience engagement, brand strategy, creative and data strategies, and user experience design among others.
