Job Role and Responsibilities

  • Building deep, trusted relationships with executive sponsors and decision-makers at large organizations.
  • Leading discovery conversations to identify strategic initiatives, workflows, and ongoing platform needs.
  • Positioning Highlight as a scalable enterprise software solution, articulating its ROI and long-term value.
  • Managing complex sales cycles that often involve multiple stakeholders, including procurement, legal, security teams, and executive leadership.
  • Partnering with Customer Enablement for onboarding, adoption, and account development.
  • Accurately forecasting sales and maintaining a robust pipeline in the company’s CRM.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Prospective candidates should possess a combination of experience and skills to excel in this role, including:

  • 6-10+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience focused on enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated success in closing six-figure enterprise software deals consistently.
  • Experience managing long-term enterprise accounts, particularly with renewals and expansion revenue.
  • Proficient at navigating complex buying committees and aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to sell a consultative, value-based solution effectively, even in a competitive landscape.

Salary and Benefits
