Keyfactor, a leader in trust infrastructure for AI and machines, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager. This role is crucial for the company as it aims to connect various entities—humans, machines, and AI—securely. As the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through two key motions: enterprise named account campaign execution and product-led growth (PLG) via Keyfactor’s Test Drive program. This position is critical to the company’s strategy for driving user acquisition, activation, and conversion to pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for the end-to-end demand generation programs, which include planning, execution, optimization, and reporting. Broadly, the responsibilities encompass:

  • Building and scaling the PLG growth motion around Keyfactor's Test Drive program, empowering systematic growth loops.

  • Designing multi-channel marketing programs that engage and convert prospects within the Named Account Model at scale using advanced segmentation and proper data orchestration.

  • Collaborating with various teams such as Field Marketing, Sales, and others to engage priority accounts and personalize programs.

  • Analyzing performance data regularly to produce insights on marketing effectiveness and making actionable recommendations.

  • Maintaining dashboards that track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to marketing success.

  • Testing, learning, and continuously optimizing through experiments to improve engagement rates and sales outcomes across diverse channels.

  • Implementing AI and automation processes that streamline campaign management from ideation to execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation, notably in the B2B sector.

  • Proven experience running PLG programs, particularly transaction models like self-serve trials or freemium executions.

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Dreamdata or DOMO, with a bonus for SQL or BI skills.

  • Hands-on experience with AI and Automation in omni-channel marketing workflows.

  • Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and ABM platforms.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience in fields such as cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience, reflecting the importance of the role within the organization. Keyfactor is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

  • Second Fridays, a company initiative that allows employees to take the second Friday off each month (with exceptions made for November and December due to the holiday season).

  • Paid Parental Leave for new parents, along with comprehensive adoption and fertility support.

  • Competitive time off globally and a wellness allowance is provided as well.

  • Employee-focused initiatives like a diversity commitment and a commitment to inclusion, encouraging a diverse environment.
