Key Responsibilities

Program Ownership & Growth

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the CJ affiliate program.

Publisher Recruitment & Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture strong bonds with high-performing affiliates to ensure their ongoing engagement.
  • Conduct negotiations concerning placements, commissions, and exclusive opportunities for partners.

Campaign & Offer Management

  • Craft and manage promotional calendars that cater to various seasons, product launches, and key moments in the market.
  • Design compelling offers, bonuses, and incentives that propel partner performance significantly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on product messages and priorities.

Performance Optimization

  • Regularly analyze performance data from affiliates to spot growth opportunities.
  • Continuously refine commission structures, partner mix, and placements to optimize performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including attribution, incrementality, and overall quality of partners.

Platform Management (CJ)

  • Oversee the CJ dashboard, managing partner approvals, link tracking, creatives, and comprehensive reporting mechanisms.

  • Address any technical or tracking issues promptly as they arise.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with paid media, influencer, and content teams to guarantee synergy in strategies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong relationships with a diverse range of affiliate publishers, spanning media, content, and loyalty.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of performance marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Exceptional analytical and reporting skills to assess and communicate performance metrics effectively.
  • Experience in negotiating partnerships and placements that benefit both parties.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to build programs from scratch as opposed to simply maintaining existing ones.
