In the role of an HR Analyst, the candidate will be responsible for several key duties, including:
Processing bi-weekly and monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
Monitoring and reporting on employee attendance, leave balances, and adherence to schedules.
Generating various HR reports weekly and monthly, focusing on headcount, attrition, and onboarding metrics.
Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure compliance and create smooth transitions for new hires and those exiting the company.
Preparing necessary documentation such as employment contracts and HR-related letters.
Maintaining and updating employee records within their HRIS and document management systems.
Ensuring consistency in data and supporting audits alongside compliance activities.
Collaborating with different teams to enhance HR processes and tools.
The ideal candidate for the HR Analyst position at Panoptyc should possess the following skills:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or People Operations.
Experience in processing payroll and managing HR documentation effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of data accuracy.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and various HRIS tools.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent communication skills and capability to function efficiently in a remote environment.
Availability to work during US business hours.
