Job Responsibilities

  • Experience in employee relations and performance management.
  • Strong ability in managing communications and negotiation to achieve beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Understanding employment laws related to UK, EMEA, and US, which is vital in this role.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, particularly Workday, and reporting/data analysis skills.
