  • Managing a high volume of inbound inquiries efficiently.
  • Partnering with other team members to support National Account Managers and VPs.

This position involves proactive outreach initiatives to align with life sales objectives and the communication of new sales opportunities to the Senior Internal Wholesaler. A thorough knowledge of F&G’s products, practices, and the overall life insurance landscape is crucial for success.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following attributes:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, ideally within a call center environment supporting life insurance product sales.
  • Familiarity with the life insurance marketplace and Intellectual Property Organization (IMO) distribution is preferred.
  • A life and annuity license would also be advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

For success in this job, the following skills are necessary:

  • Strong foundational knowledge of economics and financial planning.
  • Ability to forge and maintain solid relationships with both external clients and internal teams.
